Potato Croquette with Ham
Its just simple-licious
Ingredient
potato
ham
corn powder
bread crumb
egg
Steps :
1)Cook/ steam the potato
2）mashed the cooked potato roughly
3)mixed ham , egg , and corn powder inside
4）shaped the mixture into oval shape patties
5)dip the patties into egg york and spread into bread crumb
6)deep fried until it become golden colour
well... that's so simple ... ^^
