Loh Mei Gai


Loh Mei Gai ( non-halal)


Ingredient:
Oyster sauce
Soy Sauce
Black oil
Salt & pepper
5 Hiong Fen
Chicken meat ( tight if preferable )
Pork Meat ( char xiu / xiu yoke )
Nasi Pulut
Mushroom ( boiled to soft , then slice )


Rice :
Nasi Pulut rinse in water for 4 hours
Boiled it until cooked


After the Nasi Pulut is bolied , fried the Nasi Pulut
with Oyster sauce
Soy Sauce
Black oil
Salt & pepper
5 Hiong Fen

Then fried meat with the same sauce as well.

Use a bowl to fit all the rice and meat inside.

Steam for 20 Min.
