不是我想要有的。。。
但却自己来到我心里。。
虽然我知道。。
这该死的感觉不该有。。。
但无法。。。
抵挡不了啊。。。

有太多复杂的。。。
有不同的感觉。。。

不同的念头。。。

2012 CHECK LIST

Hmm.. This is totally random

The 2nd post for December 2011

Also the last post in the year of 2011

I wish in a new year 2012

I can do something

Better than 2011

Hence its a check list for me

To be do / done in 2012

1. Better result

 Don't be so lazy in my study, though this year 2 Sem, I've did pass up assignment earlier than deadline. ^^

Yet, i still can study more and sleepy when study. Hope to change this bad habit.

2. Be more tidy guy 

Not so messy, clumsy ba...  And my personal hygiene. Still lot to improve

3. Improve my cooking skills. 

Start bakery (if could), like Taylor Swift did =) . Western, Chinese or Japan , need to add more knowledge. And my FUSION@.@ Haha.. Remix @@

4. Be more alert and not so careless.

Alert with what's happening to my friends or surronding, and not so careless in daily life.

5. Don't take easy what ppl said in a conversation. BE A GOOD LISTENER.

I've never been good in this case. Always just with my opinion without listening what ppl talk, and make wrong judgement is really awkward >.< And dont let ppl hint many time just realize, I;ve to know that not many ppl is patient enuf to hint me many times...

6. Make my passport and travel outside of Malaysia 

Really wish to travel outside SG, Thai or watever ( if allowed) , Alone or with friends

7. Budget my money usage

Don't waste a lot ( if could) , dont eat thing when not hungry >.<" , And start some saving !!

8. New phone with my own salary 

My phone really need some change after so many years .. Sorry dear K770i 

9. Hiking for at least 1 mountain/ Camping outside 1 time

Wish could do this !!! Miss hiking a lot.. Lucky this year end manage to trip to Taman Negara... 

10. Be someone who plan to do something, not do something without plan

Plan is important, thing completed with plan easier

11. Driving carefully 

Drive safe.. Ingatlah orang tersayng.. Glad I'm still alive and no accident this year.. Though got 3 times almost accident this year >.<

12. Gaming ??

Still want ?? hmm... I bet guy cant fight this .. Maybe i can reduce gaming time ....

13. SECRET

HAHA... WANT TO KNOW ?? SECRET.. FOR SOMEONE SPECIAL IN MYLIFE

First Own Make Spaghetti Sauce

Though it doesnt look like the Preggo

But the taste still acceptable by me

I'm very happy now =) 

The recipe: 

Blended all onion,garlic, tomato , spices and meat together, then cook it=) 

Simple =)

Avira PC Fair

Its the 2nd time I work with Avira Antivirus @.@ this time at a largest fair i guess , in KLCC...
Those 3 days fair are crazy crowded @.@ and i working like hell... Hopefullu when i get the commission later is worth it for the effort i put inside there =) and i got know few new friends and pretty model =)

Kuala Tahan, Recreational & Leisure trip =) 

This is an assignment trip for my course , with my coursemate and lecturer ...

The trip was wonderfull and amazing, where i get chances to close to the nature before the STUPID EXAM coming @.@  * p/s : exam coming in less than a week from now *

I went to bukit teresek, sungai tahan, the longest canopy walk in the world and explore abt less than 1% of the world OLDEST TROPICA RAINFOREST , Gunung Tahan @.@ *p/s: its really too big...

However, I end up with getting food poisoning/ viral infection that make me diarrhoea for a weeks T.T

The chop there was not bad , but taste of other are normal normal only.. but is consider pass la =0

Went to this new shopping mall with my mom to grab some CNY new shirt and pants.. Luckily manages to get 2 new pants , its really hard to find CHEAP & GOT GIZE & GOT COLOUR de pants for myself @.@

At the day, went to The chicken Rice Shop to have some lunch with mom =) Yummy ^^ 

Christmas Eve Celebration =)

Celebrate 24 Dec with my bros from Pusing, my hometown ..

We enjoy a cup of Frapucino treated my Ah ket before go to countdown...

Then 4 of us, me , ah ket, ah shui and dee sen went to bukiy bintang street ..

However, this year crowd isn't that crazy compare with last year..

And the end of day, "Uncle Turtle " ask us to "grab some pussy " as there is many nice "ladies" @.@ 

When back to Wangsa, we went TBR to have dinner and blow water till 3 am .. Enjoy

Christmas  Celebration

Went to newway today with 3 friends, Phin, Bao yee and Wei liam =)

We went to grab some ice cream before going to karaoke.. The ice cream is so sweet and delicious ^^

Wish to try it again.... 

Inside the K room, we all went wild and insane by screaming loud, and singing too of cause ^^ 

Really enjoy tat time as we sing untill over time only the waiter come and bill us ^^ SYok max ^^

Well This is totally random I made it at 930pm Ppl usually eat sandwich at morning I made at night @.@ AS I said its random ^^ The way to make it No need to write la Everyone know how to make it ^^

Long Life Mee + Pineapple Milk Shake

Ingredients :
Long Life Mee @ 长寿面
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce
Black Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Fungus @ 木耳
Carrot ( sliced)
Meat ( chicken / Beef)
Onion
Garlic
Salt & Pepper


Steps: Cooked mee with boiled water for min 5 .
Wash Mee with cold water to make mee more QQ.
Mixed mee with all the sauce. Put aside
Cooked fungus and sliced. Then add oil to cooked garlic+ onion, followed by meat and fungus. Boiled and done. =0

Wow .. Today quite a lots of things happened
A tired , And also wonderful day as well ^^

Today I have a presentation for my Study Skills
I quite satisfied with what I did
And also my coursemates
I dunno whats her name
She told me that my group presentation is good =)

Blood Donation

Today There is a blood donation campaign at my campus
At the begining I dont want to donate
But then I think that maybe my 1 bag blood can save people
why I dont donate
Since I eat so fat, wasting earth resource
Then I tell my self
Fill the form, if can donate just donate
If rejected then that's it
So , I sst down
I filled the form
And I pass the test
Good things is,
I finally realize I'm B type blood
Since so many years i think I'm O type
Thanks to Stupid Yuk Kwan's lab experiment ><"" The experience during donating blood is something new to me But what is horrible is The nurse / Kakak Gossiping with each other when they want to do infusion on me God Damn IT !! Can all those female stop gossiping for 1 day ??!! @@ Luckily that she get blood by the first trial And luckily my arm didnt have bruising = =" Well Donate jor my blood, receive my certificate of donation And also the " candy" that's familiar to me Ferrous and also Folic Acid In which I have seen in my sis clinic's pharmacy Besides , I've been rewarded a pack of milo and Muffin =) It taste good I dunno why Maybe I like Chocolate =)

Ingredients:
Prawn
Fried Powder
Egg
Salt & pepper
Curry Powder
Garlic
Onion
Chicken Stock

Steps:
Marinate Prawn with salt&pepper, corn starch and egg york
Fried Prawn
Heat oil and friend garlic&onion, put in curry powder, Chicken stock and finally egg white


And Finally my dish deco improve a bit , perhaps lar ^^

Today I went to Sunway again = ="
And yet , as usual , or same like the past few experience
Something wrong was happen

Today the "Event" begin with movie
The movie was not bad
Real steel .. nice to watch
2 hours movie
But bad thing is
Me and my friend sit at the 5th row in front
The hall is small
The place is terrible

People from behind , almost put their leg near to our head

And then after the movie
We go to eat Sushi King
As I wanted cause there is bonaza promotion
We did enjoy eating inside
But when it comes to bill
We realize that we're being cheated
By the things called " Marketing Skills"

Finally I'm free to write this Little Footstep Little Story Of The Day
Last week is been a busy week and tired week

working for exhibitor @ CIMB smart rewards fiesta for 3 days at MVEC
The company I work for is Exaltech , again

And I meet my friend, Wai Mun
A friend that I didnt see after form 5 graduated
He told me that I'm his first friend in primary school
I couldn't believe it !!
I seriously forgot about it
Damm , this time cant even sell one cases
Feel so guilty a bit
And yet, i feel my motivation is gone @@

And last friday
IS my friend Marcus Loh birthday
On friday Night,
I cant believe i go club name moe de cafe at Kepong
drink Western Leong Shui = =
Cause saturday i still need to work leh
But i did it
And saturday morning i really wake up late
Luckily not late to work

The last day
I realize that I was mentally went down
Or perhaps mentally and physically
I'm tired><""
Hate to admit it
But i think really those freelance girl are tougher than me
Girl are more perseverance than a guy

Salted Egg Fried Prawn

Ingredients :
Prawn
Salted Egg
Egg
Onion Leaf
Butter
Salt & pepper
sugar
Corn starch



Steps :

Marinade Prawn with salt & pepper, sugar , corn starch for 1 hours
Heat oil and fried prawn

Steam salted egg and mashed roughly


Melt butter in wok and mix in salted egg that mashed untill it forms a smooth paste

Add on beaten egg into mixture and then prawn

也可以为自己剪掉业报

我也不知道

但我妈说
如果不吃素
九月初九那天
过“火路” 时候
会被烧伤的
因为身体吃肉
会使到身体变重
所以会烧到
反之
吃素者
身体轻
就不被烧到了

人潮可多了

庙里的香火

我拜拜的香插下去香炉没多久

Steam Taufu With Century Egg

Ingredients:
Taufu (P/s: buy some quality good 1 , the picture taufu is rm0.80 and it ends up like broken glasses when i try to pull it out )
Century egg
Onion Leaf/ Parsley leaf
Garlic (Shred)
Oyster sauce
Soy Sauce
Pepper powder


Steps :
Pull out Taufu from the box into a dish
Put egg, sauce , pepper onto taufu
Fried garlic and put on taufu
Steam
Garnish with onion leaf to top

RM10.50 with V Soy soya drink / Drinking water

Smoked Ham & Cream Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:
Slices of sandwich bread / Baguette
Cream Cheese/ Mayonese
Tomato slices
Smoked Ham / Salmon
Black Pepper to taste
Garlic Butter

Steps :
1) Spread garlic butter to bread and toast it / fried it slightly
2) Spread mayonese / cream Cheese to the toasted bread
3) Put Ham / Salmon and tomato slices to above
4) Garnish black pepper to taste

Loh Mei Gai ( non-halal)


Ingredient:
Oyster sauce
Soy Sauce
Black oil
Salt & pepper
5 Hiong Fen
Chicken meat ( tight if preferable )
Pork Meat ( char xiu / xiu yoke )
Nasi Pulut
Mushroom ( boiled to soft , then slice )


Rice :
Nasi Pulut rinse in water for 4 hours
Boiled it until cooked


After the Nasi Pulut is bolied , fried the Nasi Pulut
with Oyster sauce
Soy Sauce
Black oil
Salt & pepper
5 Hiong Fen

Then fried meat with the same sauce as well.

Use a bowl to fit all the rice and meat inside.

Steam for 20 Min.

Soya Puding

SOYA PUDING + APPLE SLICE

coffeemate 10 spoon
fresh milk 14spoon
soya 6 bowls without sugar
sugar 2 bowls

A place sounds so familiar to me
A place where i used to get my scout camping
When I went there I rewind so many memory there
And the day I go with 6 girls
><" U tot i happy ?? Nope... They all not my gf T.T But yet The water there is still so clear and fresh I am so happy that I be the 1st to jump into and SWIM HAha

Its a traditional festival
Where chinese celebrate together with family
Play tanglung and eat mooncake

I went to Ipoh Parade
And I saw these tang lung
Related to Go Green
Where those material are recycle to make those tang lung
Seems like our people start to realize and love our environment
