Long Life Mee + Pineapple Milk Shake


Ingredients :
Long Life Mee @ 长寿面
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce
Black Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Fungus @ 木耳
Carrot ( sliced)
Meat ( chicken / Beef)
Onion
Garlic
Salt & Pepper


Steps: Cooked mee with boiled water for min 5 .
Wash Mee with cold water to make mee more QQ.
Mixed mee with all the sauce. Put aside
Cooked fungus and sliced. Then add oil to cooked garlic+ onion, followed by meat and fungus. Boiled and done. =0
